Who qualifies for an LSVT for LIFE® Membership?
In order to qualify for an LSVT for LIFE membership, you must have first completed the full 16 sessions of the LSVT BIG® and/or LSVT LOUD® treatment program with a certified therapist.
- Completion of LSVT LOUD qualifies you to participate in LOUD for LIFE.
- Completion of LSVT BIG qualifies you to participate in BIG for LIFE.
- Completion of both LSVT LOUD and LSVT BIG as separate therapies qualifies you to participate in both LOUD for LIFE and BIG for LIFE.

- Virtual group exercise classes. Experience interactive, one-hour virtual group exercise classes led live on Zoom by LSVT for LIFE Coaches. These sessions offer a supportive environment to practice your LSVT exercises alongside others, featuring engaging, real-world activities that help you use your louder voice and bigger movements in daily life.
- On demand classes. If live classes don’t fit your schedule or you prefer to exercise independently, you can access a library of recorded, on-demand classes—perfect for practicing at your own pace.
- LSVT LOUD and LSVT BIG Homework Helper Videos. Your membership also includes unlimited streaming of the LSVT LOUD and LSVT BIG Homework Helper videos, so you can review and practice the core exercises anytime, anywhere.
- Functional Tips and Clips. Additionally, enjoy access to a growing collection of Functional Tips and Clips, where expert coaches demonstrate how to “Think BIG” and “Think LOUD” in a variety of everyday situations, helping you apply your skills to real-world challenges.
